Did you know that as a member of Southfleet Village Club, you have the exclusive privilege of hiring the club for your private functions? From birthday celebrations to family gatherings, our versatile space is the perfect local setting.

Important: Members Only

Please note that venue hire is a benefit strictly reserved for existing members. We do not accept bookings from the general public.

Terms of Hire

To ensure your event runs smoothly and respects the rights of our wider membership, all bookings are subject to the following conditions:

1. Shared Club Access (Non-Exclusive Use) When you hire the club, you are securing the space for your function, but not the building exclusively.

Southfleet Village Club remains open to all members during private events.

We pride ourselves on a friendly atmosphere where private celebrations and regular club life coexist comfortably.

2. The Host’s Responsibility As the hiring member, you are acting as the sponsor and guarantor for every guest you invite.

You are fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of your non-member guests.

Any damage, incivility towards staff or members, or disregard for club rules by your guests will be treated as your responsibility.

Please be aware: Serious breaches may result in the immediate termination of the event and subsequent disciplinary action by the Committee.

3. Guest List Requirements For licensing, fire safety, and security purposes, a full list of all non-member guests must be submitted to the Secretary prior to the start of the event. Guests not on the list may be refused entry.
