Important - We can only hire the venue to existing members

Terms of Hiring

You are hiring the club to use for a function only and this is not hiring the club exclusively. All our members are able to access the club during a private event.  

A full guest list must be supplied before the event starts of all non members attending.

The member hiring is responsible for the actions of any non member invited and any incivility, damage or other issue may result in the termination/cancellation of the event and further action taken by the Committee against that member.
